Is it just me or is Inner Sight slow to mark a target after latest patch?
Sometimes it marks right after a previously marked target is dead. Other times, it’s very slow to mark anything, even when there’s no other monsters off screen.
Didn’t a patch or so ago make it have an internal cool down of four seconds before seeking a new target?

It has a 4 second cooldown which is dogwater. It also tends to work against us as it likes to pick the farthest away target
