The Passive Mastery skill Inner Flames is not working, putting points in it does not change any Pyromancy skills damage. Not on the tooltip or on the mob is there any diffrence with or without the skill.

This seems to still a problem.
This is still an issue and i don’t understand how or why so many passives simply do nothing.
