Seems like alot of time spent on catering to new players and initial leveling, where most
seasoned players sees 1-60 as pain in the butt and something to do as fast as possible…
It also feels like the team is either playing stupid in their comments or acting stupid by saving that boss fights have been anything but 1 shot in the last 5 seasons… let’s hope they don’t overtuned it by making fights 1-2 min gold with extra forced layers (why people hate andy fight) with rewards not justifying all the effort
i also don;t know how I feel about belial not having it’s own special drops, but your can chose any that you want… seems like a coo out
good/goodish changes
Boss ladder - seems interesting but my guess it’ll be a bit more simplified eventually.
Materials stacks, and simplification is good, stack size increases, good. teleport to bosses cave directly, very good. - NEED VENDOR inside the room-. Although now you can dp 6 kills vs 5 before you have to vendor
negatives/not sure
seems like whirlwind is somewhat buffed but also kinda changed to be nerfed? bard to say
ghors seems like a good buff
earthqukes nerfed decently, by removing aspect and castrating rumble glyph
sorc ‘buffs’ seems to be not there
bloodwave nerfed, but I hated it already in the same way as I will hate ice shards, stuff that you have to look for to pickup to reset/stack, vs having it done automatically for you when you generate it
no extra stash tab or better way to organize runes
Im curious about this too. First they said they added nice surprises and new loot. I hope it will be new mounts and cosmetics or maybe a new collector pet but i guess the surprises are ment to be surprise attacks.
slowing down leveling which im cool with
and they said the main focus for them was inspirational endgame content, which is what im most looking forward , hopefully in the future belial will get new types of loot
Honestly? A waste of time. Currently watching the LE chat, and holy crap…there is just no comparison. Blizzard needs to actually sit down and learn what ARPGs are, and how to build them for players to want to play.
This is what they do. They are catering to the “I want it now” crowd. Days of really getting into a game with this company and taking pride in the fact you maxed out your character or finally made that build (that didnt break upon new season) are gone.
