Diablo 4 on PS5, stuck on infinite ‘queued’ when attempting to sign in. Many players are experiencing this. Appears to be account specific. Please assist in resetting login status so I can get back on. Additionally, if players are affected and can’t make it to level 20 (I got screwed at 8), make sure they get their beta achievement items. It’s not my fault I can’t get into the game the to do anything.

What I really want to know is why are they just remaining silent about this issue. It’s affecting a seemingly large number of players and yet they won’t even acknowledge that it’s an issue. I have a grand total of five minutes worth of play time how about you?

I wanted to play so bad I made a new Bnet acct and it works but I feel like I screwed myself over due to the 1 year acct change lock out.

Yeah I don’t want to run into a year long account swap lock, but I’d like the wolf puppy if I was allowed to play. Cmon Blizz, reboot that authentication status server and let people back in

Sounds like if we had a way to force a disconnect on our accounts (without unlinking them) we could fix this, but nope, nothing we can do.

Same here for going on 7 hours now. Restarts, shut downs, uninstall, reinstall, upgraded wifi to max… I get it, early access beta but this is absurd. I have a friend on the other side of the city who gets in every time, no issues.

Two days now of being stuck in an infinite queue and not being able to connect and access the Open Beta. It’s the waste of time waiting for noting when I could have been doing something else that’s really frustrating me.

Yea u right but this suck They actually gonna have a boss raid at 1 PM (PDT) today. Fighting Ashava worldboss and it sucks I can’t join.

I’m stuck in the ‘queued’ bug as well.
I wonder if it’s possible for the team to do a giant reset on logins or something.

Same. It displays Queue time first, then it shows it is connecting to Diablo IV servers, then just says Queued and never leaves the screen from there.

Yup same here . Queued for ever. Let it go almost two hours at one point and still nothing. What a great purchase this was
