Infinite loading screen

After the release of the second season, I constantly encounter the problem of endless loading when I move between locations using teleporters.
I tried: disabling the crossplay network, disabling the Windows firewall, disabling the antivirus, restoring game files, disabling overclocking, reinstalling the game. but none of this helps.

The loading screen lasts about five minutes on average, then I appear at the original point from where I teleported. sometimes the next attempt is successful, sometimes several unsuccessful attempts in a row (that is, I spend about 15-20 minutes moving between locations). this makes the game completely unplayable.

I am attaching the game log from the beginning of the teleport until the moment when I was returned to the starting point.

Others are having similar issues including me. If you look at the top of your log you will notice where it says [online systems c presents] and then it says unhandled bnet account presence field and below unhandled fenris game account presence field. I think it ties in to a dll called NTDLL.dll which apparently causes major issues if it becomes corrupt. The dumb thing is I’m using a steam deck and it sees my operating system as Windows when it’s actually just wine running Windows. I had to do a recent strip down and reinstallation of steam OS and for a short period after doing so I was able to play the game as normal. As of the NOV. I continually have the game crash and it does not matter whether I choose a different character. Like you I was also having issues regarding it crashing rate from the teleportation now it seems to be where it either crashes when I move after sitting still for 5 minutes after the game just loaded or crashing as soon as I go to leave town or if I’m already out of town and it loads up it crashes. So frustrating because it feels like hey if you pay $100 for a product and it’s defective there should be a warranty that you can take it back and get your money back. We’ve been in the digital era for enough time, why don’t they have something similar and 2 hours I’m sorry Valve but is not enough because 2 hours could be fine and then next day you can’t play
