Thanks iggi for that link, I actually enjoyed watching bludd streams and to see hes now a manager for bliz is pretty cool but not as cool as what he had at the end with the magliant hearts coming back in class rings tomorrow! thats crazy, guess i better start leveling up some more to farm varshan
This is why I said that the next installment of Diablo (D5) would probably remove leveling altogether and will rely/focus on item farming as the base for character progression.
If the devs relent and apply infinite progression, then leveling from 1-100 would practically be not relevant anymore. It would be made faster and faster, and ultimately they would just remove it altogether (in the next installment).
Go play Diablo 3 season 29… Wait a minute, oh yeah they capped the paragon on that season.
You stated “is it feasible to bring back paragon leveling from d3, even if it doesn’t give stats, just an increase in level”… Why would it matter if you increased in level if you gain nothing from it? Although the level increase you would in theory gain something from it, which would be the disparity of character level to mob level at higher tiers of dungeons which would result in “less damage” you’d take (assuming it goes beyond 100)
Where did you hear such number? The world’s Highest Paragon Level “supposedly” was 20k, which the experience stopped at the point. The Highest player in Europe is 16,544.
Most people wouldn’t even dream to hit such high numbers. Over 5k is above average so to speak.
