Infinite Inferno/Meteor build, not sure if this is common tech

I killed Duriel and he happened to drop FlickerStep boots.

FlickerStep boots reduce cooldown on your ult by up to 4 seconds for each enemy you evade through. So I changed my build to a meteor/inferno build.

My skill rotation on a pack is:

Dump mana with meteors, blink to center β†’ Frost Nova, Inferno β†’ pulls everything together and vulnerable, Evade through everything (cooldown reduced by 10 seconds), Cast Meteors (for free since inferno is up) until your evade is back up (flicker step reduced evade CD on ability use), Evade through everything again if it isn’t already dead, repeat.

Against boss its just Inferno β†’ Spam Meteor and Evade twice β†’ Inferno β†’ Spam Meteor and Evade twice β†’ repeat infinity

If you miss your evades or things go wrong you use your defensive ability CDs to get your mana back and spam more meteors to get your evades up so you can get your inferno going again.

I use a wand and a focus with cooldown reduction on the focus, amulet, and helm.

The base CD on Inferno is now 24 seconds.

+4 meteor pants, +3 mastery amulet.

crit and crit damage on gloves and rings.

lucky hit on gloves, rings, helm (with barrier), focus, and wand prefix.

Fireball enchant to help with clear. Meteor enchant for more meteors due to high lucky hit. Replace fireball enchant with firebolt enchant for boss.

Aspect with crit chance at full mana, fireball/meteor crit damage, damage to immobilized, damage with barrier, lucky hit with barrier, restore mana on CC, restore mana on use cd.

Looking for suggestions!

I got a similar build with Fire Hydra and been running around with Flickerstep after Duriel dropped it. But I use Firewall instead of Meteor.

It’s ok for Duriel and fine for open world. It fails at NM 100 though which is my personal benchmark of a good build.

Edit: I got tier 92 already but it wasn’t fun.

I went with meteor because I figure if I get free Pyro casts I should use highest burst DPS spell. Also using Ravenous to get a bunch of attack speed.

Flamewall is probably good though since you can scale the burn damage of both spells.
