Infernal hordes

I am currently playing Diablo 4 on PS5. I’ve already unlocked the Infernal Hordes on my Necromancer and Mage, but I cannot unlock it on my Spirit Born or other characters!

  • The “Eyes of the Enemy” introduction quest does not appear in Zarbinzet even after completing all campaign and prerequisite content. I have tried restarting, toggling world tiers, and manually checking the NPC in Zarbinzet, but the quest is still missing.

That quest is account-wide, you should only have to unlock it once. Then you just have to get an Infernal Hordes map or transfer one from one of your established toons. I play PC but I don’t think it’s any different on PS5.
