Infernal hordes leech hosts

Been encountering this more and more lately - host starts hordes, then goes afk the entire time to be a parasite off other people’s work while they can’t be kicked.

How do you sleep at night, infernal hordes leech hosts?

People suck. Give people a way to suck in a game and they will do it.

Alternately

This is why we can’t have nice things.

Meh, I’d just leave group and host my own, and don’t idle. Or keep finding those who all participate.

Vote Kick needs to be a thing anyway for reasons like this and others.

100% agree, it’d solve these problems real quick.

Stupidest part is they’d get more rewards if they contributed. Probably multitasking between games or something. Might even be a farmer.

What? Leave and make another group. Why is this even an issue?
FFS, you’ll meet idiots in game all the time, grow some.

Why did this post rile you up so much? Infernal hordes leech host detected.

Hmm. Ingenious way of having a bot without having a bot.

Yes people are lazy and they suck.

Not riled up. Bored. Same old complaints.
Leave a game. Make your own.
What are you expecting?

Take your own advice. Leave this topic. Make your own.

Sorry. I can speak to this topic.
Seriously, if you run into garbage and maybe suspected bots, leave. I know it sounds bad, but Blizz doesn’t do much… like allowing dupes.

Ouch.

I left another game due to needing to group with randos to complete content.

-At least in this game at the moment it’s mostly just for some cosmetics and ancestrals. Not a fan anyway but I know a lot of folk like the citadel and needing a group for it, etc.

I just don’t want to be in that situation with randos that I ran from in other games to escape in general. My only involvement with the citadel was a few times cos some clan-mates wanted to to do it and I wasn’t gonna say no just cos “principles”.

As said though, I encountered this sort of garbage attitude in other games when I did random groups and as has been suggested to you in this thread, leave as soon as things turn ugly. It’s your time and your time shouldn’t be wasted on jerks.

So you’d rather clog up this topic with your complaints about the person simply pointing out the bad behavior. Right, makes total sense.

No. It just happens. And I know there isn’t much you can do, unfortunately.
Keep a list of friends, that’s really all you can do to run with trusted folks.

Yeat it happens way too often.

Check the profile before you invest time there, if its hidden, leave, if its high paragon and not a spiritborn with 4/12 mw then it will be there for free mats (im not against other classes, im playing 6 classes in t4 but it happened way too often that para 280 290 players getting bored with their main and just leech on alt because noone suspects a leech with high paragon).

The fact that it’s even possible to boost in the Infernal Hordes is the problem.

This as well.
I haven’t ran in a month or so, so I know I’m behind.
I tend to run solo half the time, then old friends… we help each other.
The key is finding cool friends.

Oh, I don’t stay in once I notice it’s happening, but sometimes it can take a couple rounds to notice the one dot in the corner that’s not moving, or that you’re not clearing as quickly as you should be with 4 players. If more people left after noticing they wouldn’t be able to pull this trick anymore, so people should be aware that these leeches are out there, lurking. Away from their keyboards.

Honestly I reached a point i dont check anyone between 200 and like 270 paragons, i know ppl with under 200 wont handle 105 speeds or IH efficiently but whenever i see a 280 290 player its instantly sus (im 287 myself).
