Infernal hordes: All 5 times I’ve opened it, the 60-Aether chest has had zero GA items, despite the text on the compass stating its a “Bonus Chest with a guaranteed Greater Affix drops that costs 60 Aether”

Same. We are supposed to get a GA at Infernal Horde level 3 and its not dropping.

Same issue here.
Greater affix items haven’t been dropping like they should.
I completed the season 5 quest line and I didn’t receive an item with 2 Greater affixes. None of the items had even one Greater affix.
Also the Greater equipment chest has only been dropping GA items about 1/3 of the time after completing Infernal Hoardes, tier 3.
