The Infernal Hordes Bedlam node in the warplan tree says “When you enter a Chaos Wave, gain +50 Aether and all enemies in the Infernal Hordes gain +1 Monster Power”
It currently doesn’t keep stacking past 2 stacks of monster power. I just had a run with 6 chaos waves and it stayed at +2.
