I can’t seem to get them to drop through Whispers, NMD, Pit or even Helltide Chests. I tried Torment I, II, III and IV but they still won’t drop. I converted all my compasses as the patch described but am running out of compasses. Pits used to drop them all the time and so does Helltide but now I haven’t seen a single one drop despite completing tons of Helltide chests.

i’m having the exact same issue, but it’s with RUNES. im at 138 paragon and haven’t dropped a SINGLE rune since launch… its broken.

I just got one in The Pit, only my fourth so far this season 
I was quite disappointed to find that I can’t just ~craft~ an Infernal Horde Compass.

I never had one drop on me. Been gaming at least 2 hours a day and I do mostly just Pits, NMDs and Helltides. I do Whisper Cache quests but so far none of them dropped a single Infernal Horde Compass.

ive done the whole questline an still they wont drop for me either
I played in eternal realm. I started yesterday organized my stash. Some how I manage to stack the infernal compass in my stash. Trying moving them to inventory, it moved to the same tab as elixir. After I click at elixir It shows up in keys tab. Going through the proses several times I end up missing my stacked infernal compass. After that I start using my infernal compass in order to get resources to masterwork my items. I used all of them up now and I can’t find any new infernal compass anymore.
Any help is appreciated
NMD drops a lot of runes.
Horde key has very low drop rate in this season. Got only 5 till now.

Got my first one yesterday, and it wasn’t impressive at 6 waves. I am used to farming Obducites from IH. Now I am stuck running NMDs just to get a measly 1k to 1.5k Obducite per run (give or take). It’s so tedious. I hope the devs or GMs see this.
In the same time since patch update, on my eternal no lack of compasses dropping but not one on my seasonal, no ability to do any quest just nish and I have spoken with couple others outside game who all say their seasonals are getting nothing compasswise.
So if they have stopped dropping for seasonals would be nice to let folks know esp as now the only route to obducite is nightmare dungeons or hope that an undercity tribute falls for obducite but the drop of those seems to be 10 of the other types to 1 obducite.
S7 seasonal character number 2. Paragon 233. I’ve seen under 20 compasses. If anyone finds a consistent farming method please let us know! Ran hell tides last night popped all cheats in the red zone; no compasses. Ironically very few GA as well.
Reporting my personal experience only - it just seems to me as though, when compared to the prior season, that the overall compass drop rates across the board have been massively reduced. I’ve gotten a small amount of I.H. compasses.
I ran a full hell tide last night. Opened all eighteen chests, top and bottom section of tide. Received a grand total of two hoard compasses. One level ten one level six. They have drastically reduced the drop rate for these compasses. I know some people feel like there are better ways at getting obdocite, but I prefer the hordes, because you also get gem fragments and it’s a pretty good way to level up your character with the sheer quantity of enemies. Really hoping they fix this in the coming updates.
