I have access to Infernal Compasses that drop in the world, but I do not have access to crafting them. I cannot find Locran in Zarbinzet for the related questline, nor do I have the associated questline in my game’s journal. This issue has persisted across 3 characters and two seasons, all playing on Torment 3 difficulty. I have completed several Infernal Hordes, but still cannot craft them. I’ve relogged a few times and Steam successfully validated all game files. The only thing I haven’t done is fully uninstall and reinstall the game.
That was only a seasonal feature in S10. Now you just play what drops.
