Currently playing season 5 on PC Battle.net. Purchased empty slots to see if that helps, it didn’t. Clicking on Save doesn’t do anything.

I also have the same issue. Have verified files, tried buying new slots, putting on and taking off different cosmetics/no cosmetics, and can’t save to any of the slots.
I’m experiencing the exact same issue. The first slot works but only when using the exact same weapon types. While doing so, you can overwrite the armor but that’s it. If you change weapon types, overwrite does nothing. Every other slot is empty an cannot be saved to no matter your loadout.
I have had the same issue. I found out that for my char at least, the issue/cause is linked to the offhand slot. If I am using a 2h weapon, or a 1h weapon (without an offhand equipped), it will not work. It only let’s me save if I have 1h with an offhand equipped. I haven’t tested on other chars yet, so try it out and see if it works for you. Hopefully Blizzard will fix this!
