Improve replayability

I think Diablo 4 misses something important: replayability content. Currently, the only replayability comes from new seasons and creating another character. Everything else remains the same—same dungeons, events, and story.

Take Path of Exile (PoE), for instance. They have races, which add incredible replayability. Players eagerly anticipate the start of new races, enjoying the camaraderie and excitement at the beginning, then racing through the world to win prizes at the end. It’s a bit like seasonal rewards, but more intense. In Diablo 4, we don’t have that same race-like experience.

Another form of replayability could be in completion challenges. We like completing challenges, especially if there are good rewards. The seasonal challenges are good, but there could be more replayability. For instance, offering big rewards for completing something with at least two different classes would add more excitement.

We could also have more secret (and random) locations to add excitement to exploring the open world.

I’m surprised there isn’t any any real challenge rewards already to tell the truth

The gauntlet was pretty bad in my opinion, but the idea of a ladder challenge is a good one. I hope we’ll see it re-imagined and introduced soon. With an emphasis on re-imagined.
