I agree with you to a point, friend.
As for our hard earned and crafted Mythic gear, I propose for the Blizzard D4 Team to offer players some fair and reasonable compensation options such as:
1) Offer players who have earned and crafted rare Mythic gear in Diablo IV a complete gear replacement of the same gear to be compatible with the latest update or better. This is for the Eternal Realm characters in the game, just to be clear.
2) Compensate all D4 players in the form of Crafting Materials needed to re-craft / make the rare Mythic gear that becomes useless legacy, which would be more than fair to address and resolve this messed up problem.
At this point, I am considering salvaging all of my Mythic gear now before season 11 starts to at least mitigate this unfair, messed up and wrongful disaster the D4 Team is planning again for the fourth time on players for no good reason, which should not be happening to any player, especially for a game we all paid for.
As for Renown, and all of the time we took to grind and unlock this for our main character(s) and account only for it to be suddenly taken away is clearly messed up and not right.
Again, there is NO reason for the Blizzard D4 Team to be doing this to players. I don’t mind the grind or a good challenge, but Blizzard should NOT be taking away what we players earned in the game! It is outright wrong and unnecessary for a game we all paid for.
If this was a free game, I wouldn’t care but that is not the case and it is wrong for Blizzard to take away any player progress and rare gear that we earned in the game. Like I said before and will say it again, the Blizzard D4 Team can do much better than this and should be more considerate and appreciate their loyal players / customers instead of pulling these wrongful, misleading actions and failing to keep their promises for over 2 years.
As for the shameful Battle Pass, for the D4 Team to ruin the original Battle Pass and then take away 500 Platinum that also gives less rewards for the same price is just senseless greed, deceptive and wrong, especially while the game remains in buggy beta land. It is a total mess and the Blizzard D4 Team needs to clean it up and do the right thing for all D4 players as I mentioned many times before. That is where I stand on these issues with Diablo 4. I just hope the Blizzard D4 Team acts on this and does the right thing for all players, because if they do it will be appreciated.
