Yeah well, the Blizzard D4 Team and Management better wise up and soon, and revert three (3) of their messed up and wrongful actions of ruining our hard earned Mythic gear for the 4th time, and taking away our earned Renown, and their shameful and rip off Battle Pass for a broken, buggy beta game we all paid for! Not to mention, after 2 years of broken BS promises to players, Blizzard has been warned to do the right thing many times and so far they have failed regarding Diablo IV. This time around it will be the tipping point and crossing the damn line!
I don’t care about any changes in the game, which don’t seem bad at all, but I do care that my hard earned Mythic gear and earned Renown in the game is getting taken away from us, and making our Mythic gear useless legacy again without any proper compensation whatsoever and that is totally unacceptable and wrong! No Blizzard game or any game I ever paid for and played has ever taken away my hard earned gear and made it useless for any reason, or taken away my game progress. What the hell are these D4 Devs thinking!? It’s NOT right or normal to do this to players for a game we all paid for!!
I been a Blizzard player and customer for over 21 years, and this is one thing I will not take lightly, and it is not about the money with me - it’s the principle, and these damn broken promises and deception, and taking away what players earned in the game and ruining it for a game we all paid for is just wrong! Not to mention, Diablo 4 is still in buggy beta land and the Diablo 4 team has NOT kept their promises for the past 2 years since the game came out, and that again is NOT acceptable! In saying all of this, I am not the only one who feels this way - many D4 Players are at the tipping point with the Diablo 4 Devs and their broken promises - and now the D4 Dev Team is planning on taking away our hard earned Mythic gear by making it useless legacy and also our hard earned Renown in the game without any form of compensation to players and that is a MAJOR MESSED UP ISSUE, especially when our Mythic gear is being ruined and made into useless legacy for the fourth time, AGAIN, by the inconsiderate and ungrateful D4 Team and their Management!
I am NOT here to be screwed over AGAIN, and constantly lied to and mislead because the Diablo 4 Team can’t get their damn act together as they try to whitewash and cloud the real issues while leaving the core game buggy, broken and still in beta land. Unreal!
I HOPE YOU’RE READING THIS BLIZZARD D4 TEAM AND MANAGEMENT: I just want to be very clear, if you cross the damn line again and take away our hard earned Mythic gear and ruin it again for the fourth time after you said you wouldn’t do it again, and take away our hard earned progress and Renown for this broken, buggy, unfinished beta game you sold us 2 years ago, and fail to revert your rip off shameful Battle Pass that gives players 500 less platinum and less rewards for the same price thinking we are fools, I can assure you a formal complaint will definitely be filed, and I will escalate this matter to your corporate office at Blizzard Entertainment and Microsoft Games management, and if nothing is done to resolve these serious issues and willful fraud, I will escalate the matter even further as permitted by law, because at this point there is only so much BS I am willing to accept and this is the tipping point for me and many other players who are tired of getting mislead and screwed over for a game we all paid for!
No other Blizzard game or any game for that matter has ever screwed over players as much as Diablo 4 - and to take away hard earned Mythic gear that took TIME to acquire and our renown progress in the game after two years of BS broken promises while the core game remains in buggy beta land, this is clearly a very bad case of false advertising and willful fraud against D4 players who paid for this game, and at this point enough is enough!
I never experienced anything as bad as this with any game, and while my Girl and I have enjoyed playing Diablo 4, we do NOT enjoy being mislead, lied to, and defrauded out of our hard earned rare Mythic gear, Renown and our TIME and money! If we knew these bad things were going to happen before buying Diablo 4, I would have NEVER purchased this game! EVER until you got your act together! Do NOT make matters worse, Blizzard D4 Team!
With that said, YOU, Blizzard D4 Team, need to do the right thing for all D4 Players who paid for this game and make sure you either revert all of these three (3) bad and wrongful actions affecting all players, or provide a fair or better compensation for our loses in this game, or give players the option to get a full refund and that will resolve this issue altogether. Otherwise if you don’t do anything to address these three (3) serious issues you can expect a formal fraud and civil complaint being filed and having this matter escalated to your corporate office as I mentioned before. This is NOT a threat, it’s a promise! And just to be clear, no "Terms of Service Agreement or anything else protects any U.S. company from willfully defrauding and misleading consumers, and so far that has been the case with Diablo IV since it came out over 2 years ago.
I just hope I don’t have to file any formal complaints because it won’t be good for Blizzard and Microsoft. I prefer to see Diablo 4 shine and get out of buggy beta land and for players NOT to keep getting screwed over and having their hard earned in-game items and progress constantly get taken away by the irresponsible and neglectful Blizzard D4 Team! Fixing and Improving the core game → Diablo IV ← should be Blizzard’s first priority not screwing over players! Let’s hope the Blizzard D4 Team realizes this sooner than later.
Many D4 Players, and myself included, had enough of the BS lies, deception and screwing players over constantly every damn season, and to keep breaking promises to players for the past 2 years and failing to fix and improve the core game while taking away our hard earned rare items, progress and renown we earned and grinded like hell for is just outrageous and damn wrong!
If you, Blizzard D4 Team, think these things you have done and continue doing are okay, think again because they are NOT okay! Like I said many time before, YOU, Blizzard D4 Team, can do a lot better and you should soon! All Diablo IV players deserve better than the crap you have done to us! NO MORE!
I cannot be more clear than this and feel free to read my previous posts and comments on this forum. I even shared helpful suggestions as many loyal players have and always act fairly despite your screw ups, and yet you, Blizzard D4 Team, have the rude audacity to continue misleading players and screwing players over for no good reason because you can’t get your damn act together for the past 2 years and finally fix and improve the core game, as your own former President Mike Ybarra said you should be focusing on fixing the core game, but instead you just keep screwing players over and breaking promises for the past 2 years like it’s no big deal, well it sure is a VERY BIG DEAL and you need to correct yourselves and soon, Blizzard D4 Team!
- This is outright wrong and very bad, and it cannot continue, especially for a game we all paid for and continue supporting for the past 2 years!
I hope you do the right thing Blizzard D4 Team, because there is NO need to keep misleading players and screwing players over. You can do better, Blizzard D4 Team and Management and I hope you do soon! - JJ -
