Yes Ranks of Imperfectly balanced are missing confirmed, no mention of this in the nerfs

I am experiencing the same issue. Accidentally removed a point while changing from bone spear and can’t put it back. Did a refund all to try and fix that and now can’t put more than just the 1 point back.

I am afraid that this was intentional. I havent seen or heard any of the devs claim it was a bug and a mistake. It seriously decreases the necromancer damage output and I am hoping it gets fixed. However a small portion of me is starting to think it actually was intentional and they have no plans to fix it. this small part of me is getting larger every day.

This originally showed 3/3, the moment I put a point into it the others rank disappeared. Even when unlearning the talent it only shows 1 rank now.
