the Imperfectly Balanced passive is bugged/silently nerfed. can only assign one point after resetting
either hotfix this dogwater of a patch or take ownership for ruining the game in silent nerfs.
Serration was also nerfed and not listed anywhere

Didnt notice Serration nerf, but can confirm Imp / Imbal is a single node now. I haven’t touched the 3 points I have in, and is displaying properly.
Can confirm this bug, I can only put a single point into Imperfectly Balanced.
Please fix this ASAP… thanks to all the other nerfs, + this bug, my build is substanitally weaker.

How many more threads per day must we create in order for Blizzard to acknowledge they are crackheads and don’t give a s%it about the bug report forum?
Serration skill had a 60%~ SILENT nerf while Imperfectly Balanced is still bugged/nerfed/broken.
