I agree with you on this one.
In fact, doing the story a second time wasn’t really intentional. If jumped into VoH story on Eternal and completed the story. When I logged back with my seasonal build, maybe I missed something, but was again at the start of the story.
Let’s say I just wanted to make sure is was really bad, maybe I didn’t really understand how profound it was the first time. Wasn’t better the second time but there are nonetheless a couple of good moments.
You can defend what you like. But if you are DEFENDING a class balance that has one class 1.000.000 times more powerful - then you have to realize majority of EVEN the D4 active playerbase will disagree with you.
Or if you are trying to defend the technical issues of the game including major bugs like the Nvidia features that prevented players for playing for weeks shortly after launch.
Like what you like - but don’t act like defending something like those issues shows your total lack of respect for even other D4 players that are pointing out the issues. And still you are expecting to get 100 respect for defending and even saying you LIKE a game where a fellow player isn’t able to play the game for a week or two cause of technical issue on the server side.
Some things can be defended… Some things can NOT.
What i like in DIV is that we have only 1 bar we can fill with skills for relaxed easy pewpew playstyle.
PoE2 will have 2 action bars you can swap between. People still wanting more bars and more place for skills.
Will it be possible to make an “easy time” effective 1-bar build in PoE2 or will it cater to the people who are effectivly button mashing 20 skills and more while fighting? 
Fan part is unlike rest of community (hater or lover) I enjoyed original story except that whiny girl.
I still think it is by far best campaign in any recent aRPG and also open world improved it by a lot.
Not for story itself (I skipped most of it) But locations, bosses, swamp part with big snake etc. I think it was rly good, not like I would like to play it more than once, but good.
I don´t play PoE anymore mostly bcs I am not willing to play story over and over again. Big W for D4 in this choice not to force it every seasson.
I love AFK builds and it was more than possible to have them in PoE I assume it will be always possible in PoE2. TBH I only played AFK builds like summoners or RoF aura etc.
My goals are always to have minimum effort build.
Not sure if you played sorc here, but it just button mashing on CD everything constantly.
On the other hand more active builds should be better. More effort=more reward seems ok to me.

As I said, this game isn’t perfect, No game is. Of course SB is broken, of course their are various issues with the game. And if these issues were such a problem then they would of been take care of way sooner then later (IMO, based upon that Tweet about if they should fix the SB or wait until the end of the season). The people voted for that. But you nor I can speak for everyone. And this is just on the subject of SB.
Every start of the season, their is an issue with the game play (I even had issues with it) But I don’t any more. So … ok.
I’m not expecting to get 100% respect from anyone.
As I’ve said, My issue (not saying whom) I have is those who have an “Issue” with others who Like This game. I like this game, there for you have an issue with me (which I don’t Care) because nothing you or anyone is gonna say to damper my enjoyment over the game, thats why I’m here after all.
Your a fellow player, obviously you have issues with it. (I hoped you stopped playing the game) - however, you have other people HERE on the forums who still play this game and are actually still enjoying it. I take it you have issues with them as well?

Thats true. I can blindly play a controller where all buttons are used 1 time. I dont know if its fun for me to always swap between bars pressing L2 and have another skill bar.
Im hoping they add fun back into diablo 4, i still visit here in hopes they will make diablo 4 great again. I did really enjoy some of the seasons and things added.
I just cant see my spending any money on a game that lost its fun for me.
I know it wasnt a popular thing but i really enjoyed the vampire loot pinata, that was the start of something special and that one season where i could farm sparks to make ubers just buy doing some fun tasks grind out rep, delete the toon and go again (thats my kind of fun, being serious).
I enjoyed the story line as well.
Obviously they are gonna continue the story line. It’s going to be in chapters or something like that? ?
Maybe like Diablo 2, every ACT is gonna be an expansion? that’d be pretty interesting.

I messed up. I pre ordered the xpac and accidentally accepted a cosmetic cat in May of 2024. Then after months of mediocre seasons and boring fireside chats i tried to get a refund and couldnt. Its almost like they planned for their game to flop and implimented sleezy non refund practices to prevent shareholder losses.
And this is the company D4 fans say is more ethical than GGG. Why? Oh because GGG has a tip jar, and blizzard just strait up steals from their customers.
It is not almost. It is exactly like that. That is why even the cheapest version had that pet so they can prevent expected refund requests.
I don’t know WHY they took the R. Spark out of the grind (that was horribly stupid) but yes, the R. Sparks are going to be in the last Cashe for grinding the Rep!
It’s the Season of Witchcraft, and we’ll have IMO very awesome looking spells/powers, similar to season 2.
If you have Diablo 4 on the P.C. they’ll be a PTR about it early December.
They’ll also be a few QOF Features, that’ll make things a bit better. 
No I have zero issue with you personally. Absolutely no issue at all. Never have and never will.
When you realize this - you might one day stop seeing things here on the forums as personal attacks, and instead see those points mentioned as valid reasons why someone else can have totally different opinion.
Enjoy the game for what it is. I have said here multiple times why I don’t. And that’s not a personal attack on your opinion.
