Im not refunding the game, i love the diablo franchise, and i already bought the damn thing, but a 100USD for this? i know is really limited beta, its a fun game no doubt about it, but wheres the 100USD value from a game that hardly does anything better than Poe other than mobility and that game is free man. free! how in earth a game with this price tag on this year, cant rotate the cammera? is not a feature of the other 2 previous games, but why would that mean anything related to this game? is not like is the same deves, even for a betta build , the game feels indie as hell!! world is empty and what you find is not engaging at all, what? your mind is blown by clearing those pillars of mobs? you dont have to even pay attention playing the game just smash your skills and watch everything die, items are boring really really boring, maps are nothing speciall, ambient is fine but with everything else being overly mediocre, it doesnt help that much, monster were generic and dull, skelletons, werewolf, all that nonesense, is just another arpg with nothing special other than is a 100USD for some reason ??? this is the last Blizzard game im pre ordering, honestly is not Blizzard anymore they can call themself like that, but having played video games for 30 years, owning over 3000 thousand pc games almost all consoles with the best classics on it, all i can say this game is a lazy cash grab.

Yeah I agree with you, especially since the game is going to have a battle pass system. This game should be in the $20-$30 range which would be fair, but I like it so far and know that a couple of years from now it’ll be worth the $70 that I paid and that’ll soothe the sting somewhat.
Sorry to say but, saying Diablo 4 should cost $20-$30, I must ask : How was your sandwich ?
The voice overs, the story, the cinematics, the ambience, the animations and you guys calling it hardly does anything better than PoE?! While I do enjoy PoE, their voice overs, story, cinematics and ESPECIALLY character animations are lacking big time.
And yes, you can barely scratched the surface. Let me know how PoE is, in the first 20-25 levels, LOL. I quit PoE several times before reaching that, until they started to really add content with each League, starting from 2018 I believe. And even so, the leveling until “maps” was and is still is, a chore. I hate it, but yes, the end game is good.
Anyway, as someone else said, refund if is not worth your 100 USD.
Yeah no the main thing in arpg is the voice over and cinematics, what? I dont give a f about that, youll go over all those things once, and then you are left with the gameplay go watch a movie if you like those things
Come back and revisit this concern after you’ve sunk 1000+ hours into the game. (Still cheapest form of entertainment) Even though the costs are getting to soaring heights. (But we can blame ourselves for that, too many people stock pile games and go cycle through them on a whims notice.)

You could say the same of all Diablo games if you only played the first Act. In fact, the open Beta for Diablo 3 was even more limited and content lacking than this. Look at it now.
Yes they are judging the game based off the information they have on the game. And diablo 3 was a dumpsterfire for years, D4 might be worth it a few years down the line.
But you have no information on the game, we haven’t seen the end game. The end game is 99% of an ARPG.
it doesn’t matter if you dont care about those things, they are still things that take time and effort to create.
And saying 100$ is also misleading, its 70$ for the game and +30$ for goodies from the ultimate edition (of which none are in the beta)

Really? The OP made a comparation with PoE. If you go and play PoE for the first 10-20 levels, you will insta /quit it if it wasn’t for the known fact that the end game is good.

I did not say the game was bad, is a good game im going to play, i even payed for the damn season pass, all im saying the game is not doing anything new, and is deffinetelly not worth 100 USD thats all.
Its like a rider, the lack of attention to basic details leaves no reason to believe that same lack of attention wont apply to the rest of the game.

As a matter of fact, as I said, PoE leveling experience is one of the worst in ARPGs I’ve played.
If you can’t make a difference between PoE and D4, then you do not deserve to play the game.

We’re here to provide feedback on the beta and value for our money. I like the game but I feel that since there’s going to be a battle pass which they’ll make millions of dollars from, they could be a lot more reasonable with the price.
I guess I’m not understanding the negativity. Even this limited beta shows more attention to detail and available content in one act than any past Diablo game. In the Diablo 3 beta, we could only play the story mode up to the skeleton king, that was the extent of the content. Did you judge the entire game based on that small preview?

Problem is, in D3, after season 10 I believe, they kinda stopped updating D3 as it should. A lot of people asked for some short of Cash Shop to support the game and make updates to it. They refused to do that, even tho’ in Chinese market, there was one with pets and stuff.
Point is, I would rather have a “Battle Pass”, “Cosmetic Shop”, etc , than stop receiving good updates after awhile. Game must survive. PoE do exactly the same . If we want D4 to be long term, then a …some short of Shop should be in-game.
