When I play the game and I try to sell items to the vendor that sell weapons, armor, or jewelry I click on the vendor but then the vendor closes its shopping window and I go back to playing the game. So it doesn’t let but or sell items because the vendor close there window instantaneously and automatically.

I am having this same issue for a few days now. Cannot even open the vendor. Click on them in any town and I get nothing.
Ensure your Windows Time is sync’d and set properly
