Is Blizzard planning to do an Expansion for Baal, the Lord of Lies, before heading back to Diablo?
Those guys have been killed so many times that it’s just boring.
I’d rather them combine back into the original tathamet. That would be an interesting fight.
Baal is the Lord of Destruction*, but Hopefully yes. That way we get characterization of the two lesser used Prime Evils and Diablo gets saved for Diablo V.
I think all they want to do a shemal Diablo with Neyrelle, like in D3. They just wait the right time as currently woke doesn’t get good vibes in videogames.
Just bring back Leah as a Prime Evil. Simple solution. Returning character becomes new villainess. No need to turn Neyrelle into Leahblo + Annoying.

Belial is a Mephisto number two. To be honest.
Diablo and Baal wil probably come together, one of them will be on Sanctuary when the other one is preparing the assault against the closed door of Heaven’s, or trying to corrupt Imperius or another Archangel, after saw what Malthaël is capable of.
