I’ve been so busy playing my Spiritborn that I never noticed what happened to my other characters. When I went back to look at them I noticed the levels changed, which was expected, but I also noticed 3 skill points to apply and no way to look at or modify my paragon points. You can’t even click on the Paragon tab. What does this mean concerning modifying characters in the future?
You just need to get to 60 to unlock paragon.
Why they didn’t just make us 60 I have no idea… least they could have done after ruining all our legacy gear.
Come on, if they hadn’t done the level squish this would be the same as asking why you hadn’t gone up to level 110.
The extra skill points could be from your renown unlocks in the new area. And like the below, you have to level up to 60 to access your paragon board again.
No, it’s not. The characters were max level with access to the paragon system, I’m not expecting anything extra by wanting that to be maintained through a number squish.
Don’t be obtuse… or maybe just think a little more before you speak.
They didnt have to do a level squish. They could have just reformulated the stats and skills around balance. There are so many things they could have done like say make everyones gear the new item with updated stats instead of making all the items obsolete and useless. They could have empowered players and their characters, they chose the opposite direction.
Not entirely sure why they reset to 50 instead of 60. I think it probably has to do with the extra 10 skill points they gave us - this was so you have to earn them by leveling to 60. Then you can access the paragon boards. They could have just made existing heroes level 60, gave the extra skill points and access to the paragon boards, but … Who knows.
