As the title says, Imo we really need the ability to customize the Diablo 4 UI
Let us move/resize/remove each element so we can properly customize how the UI looks
For example, If i could customize my UI i would love to make the following changes
Relocate the chatbox to the left side of the screen, and reduce the size.
Reduce the size of the minimap.
Reduce the size of my action bars.
Remove the keybinding indicators for everything, like the Q icon next to your potion icon, ideally let us choose each keybinding indicator to select/de-select so we could remove them gradually as we get used to the keybinds, but just an all or nothing on/off would be acceptable.
Relocate dialogue/interaction box, and make it so its moveable with a mouse drag on an on/off toggle.
Move party frames.
Increase the size of the health and mana orbs
Relocate the Healing Potion, Town Portal, Evade & Mount buttons.
Resize the character & inventory window.
I think it would also be great if you could open your world map but in a smaller mode so you don’t need to stop moving to check it and scroll through the quest log.
You can assign anything you want in the Key Bindings option. I had my skills mapped as Z,X,C,V because I hate using number keys at top of keyboard. I changed potion to B because it was within ez reach of index finger. TP was fine as T, evade was ez to hit with thumb, etc…
WTF hell no. Just play WOW if you want to know what UI customization looks like. You’ll end up having to download 50 addons just to keep up with everyone else.
What i meant by relocate was to move their position on the screen, and remove the little graphic that tells you what keybind it’s assigned to, not change the keybinding
It wouldn’t have to end up like WoW, you’re confusing customizable UI with adding 3rd party files.
Plenty of games that do not allow any addons have UI’s that are fully customizable allowing you to relocate, disable, or resize any base element of the UI, but do NOT give you any advantage over anyone who chooses to use the standard UI, it’s merely placement and aesthetics
