Every time I get crowd controlled I get 1K offering. 10 seconds cool down.
Every 20 offering drops a meteorite, with overflow dropping additional meteorites.
With as much crowd control as we suffer through that thing is on constant cool down, and drops a massive barrage.
I only pick runes that thematically fit my Barbarian. If I wanted to play a caster then I would play one. But I guess it’s nice for those that want to play a multi class…
