Igni Tec Whirlwind has an interesting combination for Torment IV farming such as Infernal Hordes. Combined with the witch power gem that makes you unhindered. (To stay fast during Whirlwind).

If you just tap Whirlwind button about twice a second, every other tap will drop an Earthquake. I don’t even play with Leap or Ground stomp. It’s really good

I also incorporated HOTA for extra damage.

I feel like I’m just casually surfing through the mobs one shotting everything lol.

Now if one could get that kinda action for each character type using the same runes.

Yes. That is a known interaction and this is the Season of Earthquakes. Having options is cool but having almost every viable build just really be an Earthquake build in disguise is stupid.
