There was a detailed ign youtube warlock gameplay preview posted an hour ago.. They removed it after 30 minutes for some unknown reason. They showed it all - the skills, the 4 specializations, the effects. It is a magnificent class.

Im thinking this gameplay might have accidently broken some NDAs or something and thats why it was removed?
Looks like there’s a lot of Witch Doctor in the Warlock. I like that!

One thing I forgot to note when I watched the gameplay, it looks like the mainhand was a two hand weapon that they can wield in one hand with a book (grimoire) offhand. If true, they have three slots for runes in the 2 hand or all gems. I’m still not 100% certain. It’s nice to speculate.
Actually what is the difference warlock vs sorc?
There’s a limit to how many Runewords you can equip (2), and you can’t equip same Rune twice (not just runeword, but rune can’t be duplicated as well)
Now, given how many changes are to itemization, wouldn’t surprise me that LoH did some changes there

Well, it depends on how those trees turn out, but today Sorc is still pretending that it has a relationship between the elements and Warlock is more focused on doing what it do. This means that Sorcs don’t compete as well because of the hoops they must jump through to get anything done well.
I imagine that will go away.
Oh yea now that you mentioned…. They do look similar, What’s the difference between warlock and necro
