I play a sorc too, some of the aspect has higher range. I think Blizzard tune up the difficulty in T4 to match the extra damage in Aspect, Rune Words and Mercenary. The problem here is max roll Aspect is ultra rare, therefore all class felt under power now.

The Pit 150 is effeminately overtune, I have completed Pit 150 yesterday. It was not difficult from Pit 130 to Pit 149. From 149 is big gap, I spent 6 hours not able to clear them.

Then I review my gears and found that I am using the average gears which I masterworked to 12/12 and stop due to rawhide bankruptcy. I took out the new gear and use my remaining 16k rawhide. Pray to RNG Jesus, masterwork the key passive 8/12 without burn all mats, and then I cleared the final tier.

What make Pit150 very difficult is because it has the Damage Reduction Champion, which will release aura nullify our damage to all mobs. Because the core skill of SB will group all mobs together, it is very difficult to pin point this DR Champion and eliminate him. I have switch my controller to mouse as there is no way to point out this mob to kill with the auto targeting with controller.

Those killed Pit150 are having RMT gears and use the Necro bugs to tripple masterwork their gears. Average honest SB player like me will be struggle in Pit150. The highest Pit is done now for me, I will not go back there any more. Now I change my gears to lower damage, high AOE and mobility to farm xp to paragon 300. And then call it a day.

those exist from torment 1 onwards.

i do enjoy playing with spiritborns at times. they die faster than my necro often enough and i end up having to resurrect them =P

Someone ask about damage related topic to Charles Dunn. I cant remember which part, but he has repeated this “Volatile” few times. Pit was reduced from 200 to 100 in PTR, after every class has cleared it in PTR. They raise it to 150 with quadrillions HP mobs as they are not sure what kind of crazy combo players will able to cook out in S6. Thats what the dev called Volatile.

I believe it is always there since base game, but things die so fast we don’t pay attention. Clearing Pit150 with average none bug gear like me is racing against time. This DR champion is my biggest hurdle. The boss is much easier, SB has a sorc shatter like Legendary aspect, but way more powerful. As long as the boss has ads, I can one shoot him even at Pit 150, those quadrillion damage we did was from this big “Shatter explosion” Mine was quite mild at 40,100 Trillion as my gears were not RMT nor bugged.

they always are for high damage classes. i mean lets be honest, i run into a mob, trying to slaughter it… wondering why i dont deal damage, and then see a DR mobb is around. Thats a suggestion id fully support btw. a visual aura when mobbs are protected with a damage reduction?

(worst part is when they are in the next room and you dont see it why the mob takes next to no damage ^^)

Is pink colour, his description has “Damage Resistant Aura”, the rest mobs he is protecting description is “Damage Resistant”

The DR Aura mob is not elite, is champion only. He cant be protected by this Aura, which make it easy to kill. But is hard if you group all them together like Necro Corpse Tendril. SB has this similar group mechanism, therefore it is almost impossible to pin point this mob with controller.

lol i know bud ^^ playing with controller as well, i would say its hard to target but they can act up and ruin your rotation.

but yea we are talking open world no? so yea, nooene here is bothered.

There is quite some disadvantage playing with controller. Like for sorc, the TP enchantment travel shorter distance compare to mouse.

I play all games with controller as I don’t want to bend down my body for long hours. Only use mouse for very hard content or some awkward skill like the Firebolt sorc which best to be played with Macros.

As an SB player, I say let leave the SB alone.

Let people who bought VoH have their fun, let them feel good/powerful. As long as the SB isn’t performing any issues on other peoples systems leave them be.

NOW in the Future , I’d think they should tone it down . That’s all.
