I used to play Planetside 2 and Star Wars Galaxies, but I never posted anything about it on Diablo 4 forums, why do some people post things from Baldeus Gate in Diablo 4 forums? Is it the same game / creators? Am I missing something lol

Because some players spill their feelings public the way jilted lovers spill their feelings on social media.
They actually think you should only want to play one game and nothing else. They don’t simply buy games like the rest of us normal people do. They marry them and when things don’t work out they get REALLY upset.
1)First they lash out with how horrible the game/wife is. eg: I’m very unhappy, I was expecting more. You lied to me.
2.) Then after realizing that it’s never going to work, they go looking for another wife/game to be with and start playing the field. eg: one week it’s POE, the next it’s BG3, the next week its Starfield etc. etc
3.) The last part is when they find that new and exiting wife/game to be with and feel the need parade it around in front of their old one. eg: I left you weeks ago, I don’t miss you and look who I’m with now.
As for me, I’m glad that their toxicity is somewhere else.

“Im leaving D4 for BG3” is not comparing, not even discussing.
It simply states what someone is going to do.
Not adding any kind of reason why, or suggestion to make someone consider playing on also adds no value to compare with.
And then there is also
“Im leaving D4 because I have 100% cleared it”, having no kind of information to compare with but simply saying you are done with it (for now) and going to the next game.
Saying D4 could learn much of Div2, that is comparing 2 fundamentally identical games, but you could still specify the likes of “having different character loadout, more stash room, a much less grindy working bench for adjusting gear, the option to craft gear, gear sets, more diverse dungeons, an open world experience that is not cluttered with other -chosen ones-, targetable loot, …”

I looked at BG3 and Starfield forums, for giggles, its pretty inactive =o

I guess, its just a publicity spot , like anything you’d see in the world, on buses, on sports equipment, or just huge boards =)

Because a lot of people have no awareness of their own behavioral patterns and address things based solely on egoic response. Ego is forever trying to justify itself and why it chooses things so they have a need to justify and seek validation for their decisions. It’s not enough to decide a game is inadequate for entertainment, they/ego needs to show the world how right they were to jump ship and how superior they are for doing so.

People clearly hate Diablo 4 in its current state, and clearly like something else more, we could be like-minded and find I will enjoy their recommended game too.

In order to raise awareness that there are much better games out there so that people can play something they enjoy! Dont forget how many people bought d4 and are whining now in the forums, so i cant find for a better place for free marketing of games that are really good.
I am playing Armored Core 6 and Remnant 2, along with progressing my Sorc on Eternal to 100. Just wanted to keep everyone in the loop. I suppose I could make a blog or use my youtube channel for this…but that sounds like it would be work. 
Oh and I kind of always play Madden when I am bored during football season.

Who really cares if someone brings up another game here? They are just video games people. Some of you act like your whole life is dependent on them or something.
It’s simply the sign of a complete failure of a game. Successful games’ forums have discussions about the game. Not other games.
