I did in the original post of this thread. Boo hoo you are big mad. I don’t care. I’m telling you what is going to happen.
You can deal with it however you want.
The previous patch and this latest patch both went through console approvals and took a month MINIMUM.
Any large patch takes this long.
Who’s mad lol? A guy was asking when it was gonna get fixed you “herp derp it’s not possible cuz consoles”, now you’re saying the opposite after getting called out on it because you are you.

You live up to your name. You completely missed that guy’s point. A hotfix isn’t a patch and this game cannot be turned around in the time frame that you’re projecting.
You are wrong.
I never said they can’t fix cinders via hotfix. You are mistaken and just a big mad McMaderson.
Yeah, even if they COULD patch it asap, they wouldn’t. The devs fully believe in their design.
You obviously didn’t read the other thread. The topic was specifically the cinder nerf, and OP of this thread said that it couldn’t be fixed. After he was proven wrong he backpedaled into making this thread.

As much as I hate conspiracy theories and needless cynicism, I honestly can’t understand what Blizzard are doing and this makes more sense.
After the recent information about their corporate practices and the horrendous monetisation in Diablows:Immoral, I can begin to believe this kind of theory.
Yeah, they’d have to wait for 100% definitive proof that it’s them that’s wrong and they’ll need hundreds of thousands of hours of people not liking the game before they turn the boat around and swap faces.
Your comment is hilarious because that’s exactly what people were complaining about during the Betas, how Eternal Realms should get what Seasons get in content, every season, unlike games like Path of Exile that have self contained seasons that don’t always go core.
This is the consequence of wanting this. A classic of “You think you do, but you don’t” and i ABSOLUTELY love to see it unfold. It was obvious and we have been telling the casuals what would happen. That it’s better when you have Eternal Realms stay Eternal Realms and Seasons, stay seasons, until the season ends and the seasonal character goes back to the eternal realm.
Now it’s Joever. And people got EXACTLY what they wanted with the content spread. And casuals absolutely hate it. And i love it.
Anyways, uninstall or keep playing but stop crying so much, the forums are already overflowing with tears lil bro.
Just ignore this dude, all he does is weak attempts at trolling

I think even if they could patch it they wouldn’t because the changes aren’t bad and people are just over reacting.
They would make some small changes to try and make people stop crying but they wouldn’t reverse the entire patch.
no point playing s1, they just nerfing u to prep u for those gem on ladder. if u want them to actually listen to the community, quit playing season 1 and dont spend money on their cosmatic and seasonal pass.
Like you would even know, you probably have 100 posts here since the patch dropped
But he is right tho, changes won’t be reverted, and not just cause of the dev cycle, but also cause of the philosophy. Balancing and nerfing are key to have a decent baseline to upgrade upon through seasons.
We’ve seen it happen in all other seasonal ARPGs already.
Don’t play season 1 and wait to see if the game improves. Seems what its going to be like across the board for a lot of players.
Not worth playing something that isn’t enjoyable.
I’ve played the game since the patch and it isn’t that bad.
Yeah my character is a tiny bit weaker and has a little less defense. So what. It doesn’t matter hardly at all for me.
I don’t do high nightmare. I do appropriate level content because there is ZERO point of doing super high content.
So you’re saying that in your very limited and specific use-case you didn’t get that much weaker so everyone else is just overreacting? Just want to make sure I have it clear.
Focus on that key word there “balancing”. Yeah… missed that one. lol
As for your example, eh, there are plenty of other games that have done it way better. As much as I hate to say it POE even does it better.
You don’t ruin your base game for seasons exclusively. Pretty easy concept.

The vast majority of players play the game like I do.
So yeah, the patch is fine.
I’m literally the target audience and represent them.
