Idea 1 : Completely different animal forms
Werewolf as a weretiger/lion etc
Werebear as a minotaur/ Panda?
Idea2 : VFX
Burning claws / Glowing eyes / Aura
Idea3 : Tatoos
Bloody marks / Glowing runes
What ideas do you guys prefer?
This would require them to care about Druid, though.

If I had to pick any of these it would be Idea 2 and 3 for sure.
I don’t think blizz want weird animal forms in the game, they want to keep it somewhat grounded.
I always thought the easiest cosmetics for shapeshifting would be things like loin cloths, paint markings, bone adornments (necklace, wrist wraps, thigh wrap etc) glowing runes, etc
Basically the stuff you said. Anything beyond that is a stretch though.
