It’s uneducated guess list untill they finaly state they breake NDA 24/7. The game isn’t out yet and we only played to lvl 20 with the gold build so the whole Tier-List is guttertrash.
From this weekend alone it should be like:
S+ Melee Rogue
S Ranged Rogue
A Sorceress
B Necro, Druid, Barbarian
A Nothing is so bad to get here at all
This is only my point of view and all the rogues that fear the nerf to end their OPness will disagree ^^.

People definitely was overreacting about the hydra nerf.

At level 20, Rogue > Necro in my opinion. Rogue + Sorc are S, Necro is A.
I never played Barb / Druid so can’t comment on those.
The hard part was getting the +1 hydra aspect
I finally found a perfect one on a level 22 staff (10% duration reduction, 20 on non-2H weapon) and stuck it in a legendary offhand with 4 great affixes that I found with a Deep Freeze (couldnt get ultimates with level 20 cap) bonus in it… then my offhand was raised to level 22 required and I instantly face-palmed + wrote a bug ticket.
Wow thanks Icy-Veins, this will be really helpful to determine which class is the best for the first 2 hours of playthrough. Looking forward to reading the whole thing for the June release for sure.

What people does not understand is that they are nerfing, since we will have lots of paragon points, which will boost our characters… Not to end up as in D3 where you could do quazillions of damage.

Haha yeah i guess eh? Really blindly hoping Barb is good/fun in mid to late game. Early game seems to still be a slog even with the resent changes.
Incomplete BS list. The fact that they said “Thorns” is a Barbarian Build is hilarious. It is supplemental to other Builds. Bleed/Shouts is probably one of the top scaling and performing Builds there is. Most of that is written by someone that has no idea what they are doing or talking about.

I feel like they should preface with “likely only good for first 25 levels” tho i guess they kinda did.
Seems more like a placeholder for when launch happens and they actually update to more accurate build.
Nah I wouldn’t say no idea of what they’re talking about, I’d say they’re using the same tactics of all the “Get 24 legendaries an hour during Server Slam!!!” videos on youtube.
They need eyes on their site/video in order to pay the bills so they’re just catering to what the know people want…the BEST class to play, the EASIEST way to beat the game…the FASTEST way to get ALLLL the loot you could ever want…etc etc

Feels completely wrong.
Mainly cuz barb has bonus stats due to bonus weapon and also a bonus legendary power.
Also it was confirmed he is THE top class lategame…

Too early to come out with a tier list.
They are trying to stay relevant in this competitive world.
Let some folks get to 100 and geared, then do a tier list.
Frankly liked the toughness of my Barb, was slower than my Mage but much tougher.
Just wait till we can put in 58 skill points to work.

Barbs needed the nerfs they got because of exactly that.
Yeah just feels lame since weve only played the first 25 lvl so just feels like kicking them while theyre down haha.
Only change is barb is much higher.
Seems like they wanted to get their (incomplete) list out before others got their list out.
I foresee I lot of changes in that list.

I mostly played Barb on all three weekends and Barb felt terrible compared to other classes I played or the last 2 eekends I played Barb. I wait for some Vids on Barb because he felt the weakest of all classes.
I played flay/rend, and I never felt weak. In fact I figured that the 3 succubus fight was gonna be rough, and deleted them faster then my sorc!
