Icy Veil not working. (and also Hoarfrost passive?)

Sorcerer mastery cold passive doesn’t work.

It should grant 5/10/15% increased duration to barriers. It doesn’t grant any bonus to any barriers from what I can see, including Ice Armor and procs from items. The tool tip on ice armor remains at 6 seconds even with level 3 Icy Veil (+15%. Shouldn’t it say 6.9 seconds?) and it lasts for 6 seconds on use as well.

Flame Shield (not a barrier I know) duration increases by 0.2 seconds each level and this increase is shown on the tooltip for the skill and working as intended.

Can we have an update on this please? I don’t know why this has not been getting more publicity?

On the newest patch, Season 1, I have tested this skill (increases duration of BARRIER. @ level 1/2/3 Icy Veil, 5/10/15% respectively).
I’ve checked this increase against both Ice Armor (grants a BARRIER) and Aspect of the Protector (Grants a BARRIER, Damaging an Elite grants BARRIER absorbing x damage for x seconds).
There are no changes to either of the barriers; neither on the actual duration or the tooltips.

With a level 3 15% Icy Veil, I should be getting 6 seconds +15% = 6.9 seconds on Icy Armor. It should display on the tooltip as 6.9 seconds as well, just like Flame Shield does (it literally increases by 0.1 seconds per level and it’s displayed on the tooltip!).
On a 10 seconds Aspect of the Protector, it should be displaying 11.5% seconds on the item as well?!

Another thing I’ve noticed as well = The Hoarfrost passive is also bugged/not working? It grants +x damage vs chilled and +x damage vs frozen. None of these bonuses are showing in the stats page with level 1/2/3, yet if I equip an item or paragon with +chill/+frozen damage, I can see it in the stats page as extra damage on the offensive section…

Can this be addressed or at least acknowledged please? Wasting 7 skill points on an already heavily nerfed class and on HC is absolutely insane. Called this out June 4th.

UM… over a year and Icy Veil still does not increase Ice Armor? Ice Armor is an underlined Barrier

Icy Veil says it increases underlined Barriers 24% maximum level

are we all just too stupid to understand what these game rules mean?
