I was very interested in this one:
- Maximum Life
- Frost Nova Size
- Cold Resistance
- Shatter damage
- Enemies that die while Frozen have a [21 - 40]% chance to unleash a Frost Nova.
To my surprise, the unique ability didnt change at all.
As it stands, this item does basically nothing against bosses other than bring some life. Frost Nova is already spamable, even more so with its Enchantment. Frozen status is not rare to get either. Did I miss something?
@devs I suggest to give Frost Nova some damage or spawn ice spikes when wearing this, otherwise its not much of an improvement.

I had already forwarded to the dev team the idea that Frost Nova afflict weapon % damage. Too bad it didn’t get implemented. They actually managed to make Iceheart WORSE. Shocking!

Iceheart Brais is actually a good item when used in tandem with Frostburn & Rainment of the Infinite. These coupled with a high Lucky Hit Chance result in multitudes of frozen enemies being shattered into nothing on-screen. I should know since I use it in my Ice Shards Sorcerer build…
Raiment does not interact with Frostburns or Iceheart whatsoever. But hey, you do you.
Hallelujahs. Some of these specific resistances they slapped onto their idea of supercharging unique items is… confusing, to be kind. If you’re going to listen to what we want, listen. Don’t change your mind and pick ideas from some distant galaxy where someone somewhere thought this might be a good idea… for some reason.
of course it does, it stacks the enemies so everything eats the aoe. what do u think those shatterbomb builds used…
i mean i would do a different combo since iceheart and frostburns sucked in s4 and wasnt even needed for it, but its posible.

Yes it does. Check out the Infinifreeze Ice Shards build over there on YouTube for proof of what I posted before your ridiculous “reply” claiming the opposite… I’d post the actual link but Blizzard doesn’t allow me to post such links in posts on these forums for whatever dumb reason.
Rainment of the Infinite absolutely does interact with Frostburn & Iceheart Brais quite nicely. I should know since I used the Infinifreeze Ice Shards build last season. Made the build even more powerful via Ring of Starless Skies (random drop in Ghoa Ruins for my very first Uber drop ever last season) & Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop. Don’t sit there & tell me Rainment of the Infinite doesn’t interact with Frostburn/Iceheart Brais when in fact it does.
It was actually a deadly build when Ring of Starless Skies & Tal Rasha’s Iridescent Loop were slotted into the Ring slots. I was extremely fortunate to have a Ring of Starless Skies drop for me in the Ghoa Ruins last season. Got a second Uber drop from Varshan in the form of Andariel’s Visage a few days later. Talk about luck when prior to Season 4, I had not a single Uber to my name…
