Hello, i know ice spike Damage doesnt scale off weapon Damage, but wanted to confírm if things like Damage to stunned, or Damage while Healthy (imbiber Glyph) Apply for scalling ice spikes damage… thanks in advance.
It does, also crit and crit dmg(I believe I read intelligence increases it too, but I am not sure 100% of int) attack speed makes the blizzards and detonations overlap faster and increase the damage numbers you see, the frozen tundra aspect used to increase the spike explosions radius and by hitting more often also increasing its damage by a good chunk, but tundra aspect is bugged right now and it doesn’t work 
I have managed to get the spikes hit for 110k and 250k on a staggered world boss so far, not sure how much harder someone made them hit for though.
