For Belials sake don’t make this item a helmet, it competes with heir of perdition…

I think the perfect item slot would be a staff or a wand maybe. Just look at how many buffs fireball needed to be viable.

Cold builds already have harder time in t4 compared to many builds, this won’t be enough of you make t4 (finally) harder.

They know it competes, as do several of their newer uniques. Why nerf an item if you can just overwrite it with other items.

Well I proposed a standardised unified ice spike dmg among different sources and it’s in the notes, a man can’t have it all.
