The sorcerer Ice Blade is not good (meh).
Its animation is meh (looks like static fractured swords, is it an attack animation?), could be far more better.
Its move speed is meh…
Its damage is meh… 2 small attacks then vanish.
Its cooldown…15 seconds, meh, for 2 small attacks on one monster.
Well everything is meh with Ice Blades.
Should be improved a lot, then it could be potentially an amazing conjuration spell.
Meh.
Ice Blades used to be amazing until Blizzard nerfed them into the ground.
In the open beta Ice Blades significantly reduced the cooldown on all skills every time they hit a mob that was vulnerable or frozen or something. This allowed you to cast 4-5 Ice Blades in quick succession once you got the first Ice Blade to hit a vulnerable enemy. This also allowed you to stack shields back when Sorceror shielding was MUCH better than it is now.
So Ice Blades ramped up your damage and shielding by a huge amount. It was great.
And then Blizzard happened and they nerfed the Ice Blade cooldown reduction by 90% and nerfed Sorceror shield generation.
But the skill animation was always absolutely pathetic.

Ice Blade needs the CD removed.
Hydra needs the limit removed, unlimited Hydras
