It has a big issue. if you combine it with freeze, and have max Attackspeed, the blades get 180% AS (100% AS + 80% cast speed).
with the conjuration aspect, thats 5 attacks per second. and with a cost of 5 mana per attack. we looking at 4 Blades each costing 25 mana/sec.
That boils down to 100 mana/sec, and it is a drain so it doesnt work with hydra or cl enchant.
This is far too much, so either change the mana drain to a cost, so it works together with hydra and cl enchant, doing a cool combo here, or reduce the drain to 2 mana per attack so we can actually build something here.
And a cool new unique for iceblades wouldnt be bad either, something like double the blades cleave radius + a multiplier or double strike chance + a multiplier, making em a strong option for single target dmg.
