So I think it’s a little inconsistent but… Using ice shards with Azure wrath should proc this power every three casts shouldn’t it?
Seems like it does sometime and other times it does not.
On Sorc I’ve not found anything to proc ice beast powers… Must be 3 cc casts to trigger, one would think ice is cc; but not for ice beast.
I actually switched to the secondary ice beast power and put shivering on my ring. Seems like its working well. I freeze almost everything.
I am wondering if something is frozen, does that take away the bonus to chill damage from shivering?
I believe it is considered 100% Chill since you can Freeze enemies by stacking Chill on them.

Ice Armor can proc it every 2 seconds.
Correction on this: against bosses that aspect stinks. Storm swell or Conceited is better

I use grig’s power most of the time as it triggers constantly w/ great aoe. Lilith modifier power triggers when you use a boss power like some others do… Ice beast only if pushing. I use Subo for farming and Raneir for pushing and bosses.
