Shouldn’t there be a notice regarding patch if it’s today?

6 am in Blizzard land actually. But How do you define “early” mornning? To me 6 am is mid morning or the very end of “early” morning.
Actually it’s 7 and most business usually starts around 8-9am in the us.

I thought there would be a maintenance notice on the launcher. It’ll probably happen at some point though. Plus we know patch notes are coming soon. I guess we’ll just have to wait a little longer.
Patches and live streama are usually not until 8-9 in the evening for my time zone
There will not be a shutdown. It’s a 3 hour roll out starting @ 10 am PDT I believe.

IS only one official announcement on what time todays patch notes are. Is the one in Adam Fletchers tweet when he says the patch notes are coming out early morning on the 18th.
Now we assume he is saying “early” morning for pdt since that is blizzard time.
It is 7 am now that is MID morning!!!

With no notifications of maintenance, we can assume this will be simply a hotfix. We can expect many issues with the roll out. Worse yet, how weak are Season 1 changes if the servers don’t have to come down to apply it?

Read someplace they are dropping it afternoon Blizz time (PST), that gives 10,000,000 players about 36 hours to dl, patch, sign back on and HOPE their progress transfers

Patch was supposed to be at 10am PDT which is generally considered mid-morning in the US. Whether that’s still true I don’t know as I haven’t checked the scheduled maintenance page.

Support page says the maintenance is gonna happen at 10am PST, so I’d assume patch notes coming around that time aswell.
