Yes, I know the Spiritborn is basically a Druid Witch doctor Monk and that it has 4 spirits (not only the jaguar), but āJaguarā defines the character very well.
And the image with which it is promoted has a jaguar helmet for a reason.

IF you want just 1 word names then it cant be jaguar with jaguar being one of the paths. Would be like naming it Centipede or Gorilla. It doesnt work obviously.

Depends. Itās clearly Inca-Maya-Aztec inspiration, and so in those cultures jaguars (ÅcÄlÅtl) were important but not only, snakes (cÅÄtl) and eagles (cuauhtli) as well. Most famous deity was Quetzalcoatl, the Feathered Serpent. For me I will call him/her the Aztec warrior, or something like that.
I knowā¦ but when you think of an eagle, you think of America (USA)ā¦ a gorilla, Africa (Jungle)ā¦ a snake, the desert (or IDK).
(I only think of Quetzalcoatl if I see an eagle hunting a snake on top of a stick.)
Jaguar is a no brainer nameā¦ and maybe thatās just why they chose something more complex. It fits so well that someone will surely be offended.
