I took off all witch powers and gems, still can clear a pit 90 with 9 minutes left see no difference,BUT, I still did get an unexplain death which happened while flame shield and the earth bulwark shield were active, just dies, chat log does not state what killed me nor that I was even slain. Just that death removed 30 seconds from timer. So please BLIZZARD if you happen to do your job look into this issue by season 30 please

I did something similar and died out nowhere too.
But I also notice something weird, poison damage have a very funky interaction with shields. It is like they can accumulate while you have shield and once the shield drops you take all the damage at once. I didn’t tested this or anything yet, it is just a impression I got.
Also, I think that if you kill the mob that gave you the poison debuff and then die to the poison there will be no message in the log.
I’m gonna try to test this things on the weekend.
