Im so over grinding for fugitive heads. i have had only 4 drop since the season opened. Yes i use the elixers but WHERES MY HEAD!
Has anyone found any good way to grind for them? Im currently in T2
Maybe my RNG subscription for Diablo ran out…

Hey maybe the girls want some too haha
all the heads i’ve found was without the potion 
(not that many actualy but i try to fight every headrotten i can while in a zone)
the potions i’ve used resulted in 0 heads or alters (wich i’m not even sure what i’m looking for TBH… or even what they do is a mystery to me)
tried a few of the dungeons but the chances are probably even lower then just spam headhunt zones

Make sure your using the elixers. I just finished upgrading witch powers and sitting on 20 heads. I still need to farm 10k more rot to finish the season but Im on T4.

They drop a lot in t4 with elixir

Most of mine came from the overworld event and killing the mini boss that spawns with the orange icon that screams “come here!”

seeing the replies here, the only thing you can do is having a party going into the headhunt zones and try to get as many of them to spawn, and go to the next zone if there’s hardly any whispers left. all the while having the potion active on everybody.
Solo just keep an eye on the minimap and rush too any active spawn (or you could camp one of the spots where a few whispers are in close range and people will inevitably come for those whispers and create a chance for a head to spawn)
