Very likely not. As you are having a 3rd party program press in game buttons. It will be viewed as a macro at best. Which are also not allowed.
For this part,How about streaming or screen recording software?
What if I play the game remotely through a streaming software like Parsec (I like Parsec, 30% gaming time for D4 is through Parsec streaming from company to home).
Blizzard does not allow their games to be streamed through cloud services. You’ll find that info in the EULA I linked.
