75 All stats
8% Cooldown Reduction
25% Lucky Hit
5% Lucky hit - Restore 14% max globes. (This is resource and health)
After you lucky hit add your STR and DEX to your INT for 4 seconds and cast Black Hole on a random enemy. Black Hole has a 7 second cooldown.
Black Hole - Deals arcane damage and pulls enemies to the center of a circle for 2 seconds while stunning them at the end. Arcane damage will count for Tal Rasha ring.

Theres a long list of stuff you need to do for LV 3. I dont check forums on my days off so i think that kills it for me. I cant post any memes!
I didn’t even know I could until recently. I still don’t know how to check trust level, or even determine where I’m at to move it up or down.
Nobody knows how it works except the MVPs and a handful of others.

Some of these rules may have changed, but this should steer you in the right direction.
Trust Levels
Trust levels are a participation system on the forums. The more you post, like, reply, read, and visit the forums, the more you work your way to a higher trust level. Increased Trust levels grant additional privileges. Everyone who is new starts off at Trust Level 0 but will quickly climb by reading and visiting the forums within their first few days.
TRUST LEVEL 0
Trust level 0 users cannot:
- Flag posts
- Post more than 3 topics
- Post more than 10 replies
TRUST LEVEL 1
Get to trust level 1 by…
- Entering at least 5 topics
- Reading at least 30 posts
- Spend a total of 10 minutes reading posts
Users at trust level 1 can…
- Post unlimited topics and replies
- Flag posts
- Create links and video embeds to trusted websites like Blizzard websites, YouTube, or Twitch
TRUST LEVEL 2
Get to trust level 2 by…
- Visiting at least 15 days, not sequentially
- Casting at least 1 like
- Receiving at least 1 like
- Replying to at least 3 different topics
- Entering at least 20 topics
- Reading at least 100 posts
- Spend a total of 60 minutes reading posts
Users at trust level 2 can…
- Have an increased “like” count.
TRUST LEVEL 3
Get to trust level 3 by…
- Must have visited at least 50% of last 100 days
- Must have replied to at least 10 different topics
- Of topics created in the last 100 days, must have viewed 500 topics
- Of posts created in the last 100 days, must have read 20,000 posts (both starting posts and replies)
- Must have received 20 likes, and given 30 likes over the last 100 days
- Must not have received more than 5 spam or offensive flags after an unspecified period of time (with unique posts and unique users for each, confirmed by a moderator)
- Must not have been suspended from the forums after an unspecified period of time
Trust Level 3 users can
- Post animated gifs, images, compatible video embeds, and links to any website

I got rekt by ppl flagging my posts then. Also dont think I have read 20k posts in 100 days. I will never get it. 
Roughly 300 posts a day just in reading which just requires you to scroll really, you don’t even have to read. If you’re on a PC, while you’re reading sometimes you’ll notice a little blue dot in the top right corner where it shows the time of the post, that fades away after like 2 seconds. This is to notify that you’ve ‘read’ the post. So just find a 1K reply post, and auto-scroll down slowly. Or just visit the forums more often lol.

Speaking of MVP’s I haven’t seen a Miss Cheeta post in awhile. I remember Miss Cheeta would post frequently back in the Diablo II Resurrected forums before release. That’s actually how I first saw one of the posts.
AFAIK, she’s still around. Maybe on vacation! Maybe taking a break! Maybe gearing up for VoH!
I used to be able to last year but then I got a couple of forum vacations due to being a bit too… vocal and that went out the window lol.
I honestly deserved it. I was in a very angry place due to losing a loved one.
Maybe one day down the road they will deem me worthy again lol.
Probably way, waaaay down the road.
