I lost my horse after purchasing dlc

after purchasing dlc, I lost one of my horse and I didn’t get the wing from dlc.
the horse is a set for wizzard (the purple one), the horse is missing but horse quipment is still there. and the dlc has a wing, but i also didn’t get it.

if you bought the dlc, you didnt buy a horse, you bought a cat mount

most of the “mounts” in the shop say, horse not included (aka you are buying the horse armors)

Several other people are mentioning missing horses too. Probably worth a post on technical support. Linking to the posts in general forum would also help visibility

Yikes! I dont recall losing any of my stuff from pre luanch, but maybe I should check again.

Did you buy the Ultimate Edition DLC? =( idk then…

Kind of sad and scary that you can lost stuff you bought in the past. I don’t know anyone who does active inventory of their mounts.
