I know dps meters aren’t going to happen but can we get instance/boss break downs of dps/def/midigation/healing/etc?
I would really help me if this new ability/lego/unique/etc is better than my last build/item/etc.

would be interesting to have a leaderboard/stats board of sorts for world bosses and obligatory public events
Yes! I would love leader/stat boards for everything. And if we can’t have them for everything between us and others then give us the main ones like that but everything else so we can compare our current character to past runs and the other characters on my account.
Or when you die I want similar to League of legends a break down of damage sources so you can learn from what killed you.
That could be interesting too. A lot of ARPG’s have zero feedback on why you died, what ability/enemy, damages and types, etc.
id like to see this only because of the associated disorder it would create. DPS meter posts are always good for a laugh
people got bent out of shape over at the new darktide game since there are no post game stats… straight mental…
I think that this is sort of just like tracking stats, and a great idea. I would like to see it taken even further with a damage tracker on your stat display area. One that shows every point of damage your character ever did in its entire existence.
That would be so helpful to get an idea of what type of damage killed you. Would also be helpful for players new to ARGPs as well.
A lot of good ideas posted. As for a damage meter it’s a bit iffy unless you’re max level due to the scaling. As monster scales they gain armor/hp etc which will “reduce” your damage? But still it would be something quite nice and could teach you a thing or two about your build.
I know it’s a controversial issue, and I don’t really care all that much, to be honest. But! One thing I think should be a top priority for this game is to eliminate the toxic esporty crowd that inevitably saturates Blizzard endgames. This isn’t the case in Diablo 2 because there is no eSport nonsense to it. You’re just killing loot pinatas and trading. It’s just fun.
The focus should be fun here. Of course I understand that some people enjoy games by min maxing dps etc. But not every game should be catering to that. It’s okay to have a game that isn’t about dps min maxing, and does not invite or cater to that crowd. I wish there wasn’t such crossover with that crowd and game toxicity, but it is a fact.
Last Epoch also does this so it’s easier to figure out what defenses you need to work on.
Would be nice to see in D4 as well.
