Since the new patch 1.2.2 for Diablo 4 came out, with the new evil rings, I killed Varshan in a group with 3 friends, more than 35 times, where my friends each got an average of 5 to 9 rings each one of them, and none for me, is very strange, because I killed Varshan 35 times and nothing?, I spoke on forums about the problem and everyone was terrified about it, telling me that it could be a bug with my account or my character, this was all yesterday at launch, early this morning, after even a new patch, I got materials to kill him 5 more times, and this ring didn’t come, I’m a mage in this case. So something is very wrong, like between 4 people, 3 get more than 5 rings, up to 9, and I nothing, it doesn’t come for nothing, even in the launcher I already ran the option to review the installation files and repair, but nothing helped. have you tried spawning him yourself while doing the party runs?
I was doing the runs with my friend and he didn’t get any rings until I gave him the mats to summon varshan himself and the ring dropped a couple of runs after. Idk if this has something to do with it tbh… it might’ve been the rng luck but it’s worth a try

We tried to do different ways to see if it would help me achieve it, I was party leader, then just a member, I also placed the items, another time others placed them, I also stopped dealing damage to the mob, zero damage, and I also tested it being the biggest damage in the boss, and I tried alone too, nothing, just now I did another 6x, and nothing, I don’t understand that, and the guy who was with me in party now, got 2 in these 6x, it could just be a bug in my character, I can’t find an answer to this.

I did over 40 duriel runs and x’fal’s ring never drolled until it did eventually.
I say keep trying… it’s just horrible rng luck
