The only time i can get on is after i re download the game. If i leave or it times out, wgen i go to launch the game again i get error code 315315. I have tried logging in and out on my xbox, the game and tried changing my game tag on battle.net. I tried resetting my router, nothing works. Please help me

i also keep getting error code - 315315…this sucks! can’t play anymore diablo!
I have the same problem. All my other games work fine. But I have not been able to play Diablo IV since before Christmas.

I am not a tech but this is how I got mine game going on Xbox…
I was getting the 315315 error code as well as other starting difficulty.
I went to home and quit all apps. Shut down the Xbox fully - not restart, unplug the power cable and waited 10 seconds. Started it normally. I had to do something similar in the past to make another game work. I believe it clears the cache. Good luck.
